Individual sessions
I offer massage therapy and sound therapy. Each session is tailored to fit and can be fully integrated including massage, sound and energy or just one element. I don't do "add ons" as some massage business do, rather I include things like aromatherapy and hydrotherapy as part of the elements to create space for transformation so there is no extra cost for those elements. 

Group sessions
Sound baths, guided meditation and group facilitation. I have worked with a variety of groups from college staff retreats to women's gatherings. I love to craft workshops and gatherings for all size groups. Please contact me and I am happy to craft a custom sound offering!

Yomassage
Yomassage combines breath, therapeutic touch and gentle stretch.

Sliding Scale Options

I offer a siding scale to those that want to commit to opening into the joy of self care and healing and find that money is what is standing in their way. Please reach out and contact me directly to discuss this option.
